Here is a cuisine and season with a touch of creativity that makes every meal an exceptional experience. The team is responsible for the cellar and suggest the best pairings for each course. The products, always top quality, environment and attentive service are the best introduction.

Preparation of the menu
All dishes on this menu are elaborated upon. Therefore, Mr. Customer, the length of time you wait, since we take your order until you serve the dish requested, will be the need for proper preparation of their order. (In rice at least 25 minutes).

Menu includes a starter, main course and dessert, to be selected from the following list.

  • Assorted grenn salad with  fruits and cheeses and vinaigrette of forest fruits
  • Mediterranean salad with mussels in pickled sauce, cherry tomatoes and kalamata
  • Seafood assortment sautéed with garlic and parsley
  • Carpaccio of codfish
  • Small Norway lobsters cooked with onions and flambé with Valdespino
  • Cannelloni XL of meat and truffled pine seeds with light mushroom beichamel
